Both trim and body parts are readily available, and with all of the GTO enthusiasts out there, the value of a well-restored GTO can go through the roof.
70-73 Pontiac Firebird
If you’re looking to flip a car and make a nice profit on its resale, you can’t go wrong with a Firebird. The investment potential alone makes dropping the extra dollars to get either a Formula or Trans Am model well worth it. Plus, the abundance of reproduction parts (including classic Pontiac upholstery) makes for a relatively easy restoration project.
68-72 Oldsmobile Cutlass
The Cutlass offers classic Oldsmobile fans a more affordable option than the 442, yet with all the same bells and whistles. Come on; was this not going to include the Camaro? High purchase price aside, it’s a Camaro. Enough said.
